What types of files can I host?
Just about anything you’d like. You can use our file hosting services to serve or store archieves, media files, images, documents, backups, file images and the list goes on.
How can I upload my files?
There are 2 ways:
1) With FTP (File Transfer Protocol). You can use a FTP client like SmartFTP and upload your files.
2) From our control panel. You’ll be able to upload the files by:
- Directly uploading them from your computer
- Getting them from a location on the WWW (A link on a website for example)
- Getting them from a FTP account
How fast will my visitors download the files hosted with you?
Considering our servers are on a 100 Mbps burstable connection with multiple premium bandwidth providers, we can certainly say: Fast. Very Fast.

How many visitors can download files at the same time?
The answer is short and simple: All. It can range from 1 to 1000 and beyond. We do not limit it.
Is there any limit on the size of a single file or the bandwidth usage it generates?
The only limit is the package. So you can have 1 single file 20 GB big and it could do 1 TB traffic and it’ll be ok.
Will you redirect my visitors to a splash page before downloading?
No! This is a premium file hosting service, so your visitors will directly download the files hosted with us.
I love your offer but I need more! What can I do?
The answer is simple: Contact our Sales Department
You say you offer a Semi-Dedicated account. What is that?
Usually hosts put hundreds of clients on a single server and they get only a small share of that server. A semi-dedicated account shares the server with only a few other clients, thus you will be able to use a big part of the server resources at a low price.
Are your servers stable?
Is the Pope catholic? As a matter of fact the answer for both question is yes! Yes the servers are stable and yes, the Pope is catholic. The servers are Linux Based powered by Lighttpd (optimal for file hosting and serving lots of files blazing fast), which is the most stable environment for hosting and serving files to your online visitors.
